Materials published in the scientific collected papers “Optoelectronics and Semiconductor Technology” are objects of copyright and are protected in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of intellectual property. Authors retain personal non-property rights to their works, including the right of authorship, the right to a name, and the right to the integrity of the work.

Submission of a manuscript to the Editorial Board implies the authors’ consent to its consideration, peer review, editorial processing, publication, electronic dissemination, archiving, distribution, and indexing in scientific, bibliographic, abstracting, and scientometric databases. The economic rights to the use of published materials are regulated by an author agreement between the authors and the publisher.

The use, copying, distribution, and citation of materials published in the collected papers are permitted provided that the authors, article title, title of the collected papers, year of publication, issue, pages, DOI where available, and other bibliographic details necessary for proper reference to the original source are duly indicated.

The use of published materials in a manner that distorts their content, violates the rights of the authors or the publisher, misleads readers as to the origin of the material, or creates a false impression regarding the position of the authors, the Editorial Board, or the publisher is not permitted.

The Publisher permits authors to store and deposit the final accepted version of the article — the Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) — in an institutional or subject repository, as well as on the authors’ personal webpages or the web resources of scientific institutions, in open access.

When depositing the Author’s Accepted Manuscript, authors must provide the full bibliographic details of the published version of the article in “Optoelectronics and Semiconductor Technology”, including the article title, authors’ names, title of the collected papers, year, issue, pages, and DOI where available, and must also provide a link to the official published version.

The deposited version must contain the following note:

“This is the Author’s Accepted Manuscript of an article published in ‘Optoelectronics and Semiconductor Technology’. The final published version is available at: [DOI/link].”
