The scientific collected papers “Optoelectronics and Semiconductor Technology” is indexed and represented in the repository “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, as well as in the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI).
